How do I create an account?
You can apply now at the Login button, there will be a pop-up to login. And on the right side you will see a REGISTER heading for you to enter your valid email address. After entering your email, the system will send information to your email for you to set your account password.

What if I forgot my password?
When you forget your password, go to the Login point and you will see Lost your password? Under the Login button, you press enter and you will find a field to enter the email address you used to sign up. After you have successfully verified your email A message will be sent to your email address for you to change your password again.

How can I order?
Customers can click to view products by category from the top of our website. When the customer finds the topic of the category they want, click on VIEW ALL or select by category name. Then after the customer has the product they like, then select the size of the product and the quantity, then press ADD TO CART. The product will be in the basket for the customer to press CHECKOUT. Please fill in the details in order to allow us to deliver the goods to our customers accurately and quickly. When the information is complete, click to pay according to the Payment that the customer has.

What payment systems do you support?

When I complete an order, when will it be delivered?
When the system has confirmed the order, the next day, the system administrator will check and confirm the order and forward it to the department that prepares the product. It will take 1-2 business days to prepare the product. Shops will be open from Monday – Friday from 10.00 – 19.00 Thailand time. And after the product is ready, the product will be shipped immediately. The delivery time depends on the distance of the destination, on average, it is 5 – 7 days.

What is my shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated using volumetric weight. When the customer has filled in the complete address The system will calculate the shipping cost for the customer already in the payment box on the right-hand side of the customer.

Can the product be shipped worldwide?
Our store can deliver products to all over the world. No matter where you are, you just have to place an order and wait for the product to be delivered to the customer.

Will I have to pay taxes?
